Condition

The term vintage is defined as 20+ years old or older. Vintage items have survived years, decades, and often lifetimes of ownership and use. Please keep in mind that vintage and pre-owned items are not new, and therefore might possess some signs of age, wear, or use - these signs will be defined in the condition section of an item's description.

We have made every effort to accurately display the colors and tones of our vintage pieces. However due to the variance of computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor preciously displays the color or tone accurately.

Customer Care

We offer jewelry adjustments to get the best fit for you. Jewelry conversions include lengthening or shortening necklaces and converting earrings. All of these services are an additional cost, please contact us for more information.

All Sales Final

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us via email within 3 days of delivery.

Shipping

Delays in shipping may occur due to Covid-19. All domestic orders will be processed within 3 business days. Delivery usually occurs 7 business days from shipment. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us.

International Orders

We are happy to ship worldwide. Please contact us to place an order. You will receive a shipping estimate before we process your order, and the shipping charge will be finalized after processing the order. ehra is not responsible for incurred fees, the customer is responsible for all international duties and fees in the home country.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied based on the shipping address.
